A. In-stock orders are usually processed that same day
as long as the order is received before 4 pm. If the
order is received after 4 pm, it will be shipped the
following business day.

A: Take the 116 th street exit off I-69 and head east
to Cumberland Road. Go north on Cumberland Road to 121st
Street. Take a right on 121 st Street and take a left
into the first office complex.

Hours of Operation: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm EST
Receiving hours: 8 am – 2 pm EST

A. A phone call to us (800-878-4872) would need
to be made to find out if we have the item in stock.
If not we can usually order the item and have it in
a few days.
Q. What is the cost of the item?
A. Please contact your sales person for the
price of any item that you are interested in.
Q. How long will it take to get my
order?
A. As long as your order is received
before 4 pm, it will ship that same day. If the order
is not received before 4 pm, it will ship the following
business day. Depending on your location, you will receive
the order the next day or the second day after you place
the order.
