A. In-stock orders are usually processed that same day as long as the order is received before 4 pm. If the order is received after 4 pm, it will be shipped the following business day.

A: Take the 116 th street exit off I-69 and head east to Cumberland Road. Go north on Cumberland Road to 121st Street. Take a right on 121 st Street and take a left into the first office complex.

Hours of Operation: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm EST

Receiving hours: 8 am – 2 pm EST

A.  A phone call to us (800-878-4872) would need to be made to find out if we have the item in stock.  If not we can usually order the item and have it in a few days.
